Prior to that, Allan has held senior positions at Danone and Horley’s in product development.

Dr Alasdair Baxter has been appointed to the new Client Solutions Manager role. He has a PhD in Food Science combined with excellent food industry commercial knowledge. He has 20 years’ experience in food ingredients and flavours with previous roles as a food technologist both in the UK and NZ, before moving into technical sales management roles. He was previously at Kerry Ingredients where he was Business Development Director. Baxter will be heading up client and business development at The FoodBowl.
