Final preparations underway for Foodstuffs Partnership Awards

Final preparations underway for Foodstuffs Partnership Awards

Anticipation is building for the inaugural Foodstuffs Partnership Awards set to take place on Monday 29th August, at Te Pae, Christchurch.

Over 250 suppliers from 47 companies will be joined by Foodstuffs owner-operators from across New World, PAK’nSAVE & Four Square, and team members from Foodstuffs North Island and Foodstuffs South Island co-operatives, to celebrate last year’s partnership wins and achievements.

The awards will showcase the very best of Foodstuffs supplier relationships, acknowledging the exceptional work that has taken place across Aotearoa and the vital role suppliers played in 2021, helping Foodstuffs keep New Zealander’s safe and fed during another challenging year.

David Stewart, General Manager Merchandise at Foodstuffs North Island says the awards are a fantastic opportunity to come together and celebrate our supplier relationships.

“Last year’s awards were part of Foodstuffs Expo and a great success,” says Stewart.  “This year we’re really looking forward to hosting the first standalone National Partnership Awards at Te Pae in Christchurch. It will be incredibly special to have the opportunity to celebrate the unique contribution our suppliers make to ensure Foodstuffs’ customers have an amazing choice of exciting, innovative and sustainable products that fit into their lifestyle and budget.”

The National Partnership Awards will be celebrating excellence across 12 awards categories, including for the first time sustainability and innovation awards.
