On average nine New Zealand women will find out they have breast cancer today.
At Ma Baker most of our team are women, which means this is a cause that is close to our hearts.
This is a month-long fundraising campaign for the Breast Cancer Foundation. Every May thousands of amazing Kiwi’s across Aotearoa come together for the Foundation’s biggest event to raise funds for education, research, and patient support.
To support this important yearly campaign Ma Baker has crafted new Marshmallow Hearts. “Crafted with love” as a tagline has many meanings, one of which is supporting charities close to our hearts. Our new heart-shaped mallows were crafted with this in mind. The proceeds made from these packs sold throughout the month of May will go to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
Ma Baker has been providing Kiwis with delicious soft marshmallows since 2012. We are a brand that strives to embody warmth, fun and making memorable happy moments with loved ones. What better way to do this than hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast and supporting a great cause at the same time.
With hosts down by 50% this year it is imperative that we encourage everyone to become a host and spread the word.
