Sealord Group has appointed experienced food industry leader Steve Yung as the company’s next CEO. Canadian born Yung has most recently been Managing Director of McCain Foods Australia/New Zealand and took up his new role, based in Auckland in August. He was a member of the global Senior Leadership Team at McCain.

Yung brings 30 years of broad multi-channel experience in the food industry to the role; including FMCG, food service, manufacturing and agriculture across Australian, New Zealand and Canadian markets. His leadership expertise includes strategy formulation and implementation, people development and stakeholder relationships, brand building and marketing, M&A and divestment activity.
