Dad’s Pies are now available fresh in over 60 selected Countdown stores around the country.

Dad’s Pies Managing Director, Eddie Grooten, says: “We are hoping to have full distribution in the entire group within the next three months. There are five 200g flavours available including Pepper Steak, Butter Chicken, Thai Chicken, Mince & Cheese, Steak & Cheese and also the 120g Sausage Roll. Grooten told FMCG Business earlier: “Dad’s Pies are proud to be chocka with real, quality ingredients including New Zealand prime beef, tender fully-trimmed chicken, lamb and GM free vegetables. We have a few different product ranges under the Dad’s Pies brand including 200g pies, 110 Junior Pies, Sausage Rolls, and 900g Family Pies. Following the rebrand in early 2015, we have been highly innovative with a strong new product development focus.”
