The Chocolate and Coffee Show is launching an exciting new event in association with Callebaut and Reso to showcase the talents of New Zealand’s pastry chefs, chocolatiers, cake decorators and food sculpters.
The Callebaut Food Sculpting & Decorating Zone
A maximum of 12 entries will be accepted for display at the dedicated Callebaut Food Sculpture Zone at The Cloud as part of this years Chocolate and Coffee Show event.
The theme is ‘Celebrate Spring’ and we encourage you to let your creative talents run wild!
10,000+ show attendees will be invited to vote on their favourite entry through a gold coin donation. Proceeds going to the event charity, Assistance Dogs New Zealand Trust.
Prizes include :
First – $2,000.00 of Callebaut products from Reso
Second – $1,000.00 of Callebaut products from Reso
Third – $500.00 of Callebaut products from Reso
Plus, a full page winners profile in Hospitality Business magazine and exposure to 20,000+ social media followers
All entries will also receive 2 x complimentary GA tickets to The Chocolate and Coffee Show. Prize winners will be announced at 4pm on Sunday, 4th September.
