PepsiCo has been recognised as a Top Employer in both Australia and New Zealand for its ongoing efforts to put its people first in the workplace.
The Top Employer Institute reviews employers across several key HR practices including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Wellbeing and Diversity and Inclusion.
As a company that prides itself on its innovation, PepsiCo has always sought to be ‘people-centric’, implementing policies built around the needs of its people.
Recently, PepsiCo ANZ introduced a ‘flextime’ policy, removing official start and finish times – allowing people to choose their work hours and balance personal responsibilities and lifestyle with work.
PepsiCo’s certification as a Top Employer highlights its dedication to creating meaningful opportunities for its employees to have an impact, gain new skills and build successful careers in a diverse and inclusive workplace.

PepsiCo was also awarded the Top Employer Global certification for the first time in 2021 and was one of just 16 organisations worldwide to earn the designation.
