Rolleston and the Selwyn District are set to welcome the South Island’s largest new supermarket, with PAK’nSAVE Rolleston due to open at 9am on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.
The store will be owned and operated by Phill and Sarah Blackburn, experienced grocers with a reputation for putting community first.
“Every dollar we save our shoppers is a dollar they can spend on their family,” said Phill Blackburn.
“That’s what drives us – keeping prices as low as possible so that everyday families can get more out of their weekly shop.”
The new PAK’nSAVE Rolleston is located at 157 Levi Road, covers more than 8000sqm, and will employ more than 260 team members.
Normal store hours are 7.00am – 10.00pm daily and online shopping is coming soon.
